This property was very nice , clean, safe and the location was convenient for shopping, eating out, etc. the staff was very professional and polite. Amenities were great.

I HATE the spooky creepy haunted house chairs. Who is the designer for this hotel? Who would ever sit in that, nonetheless order a bunch of them. They aren't even comfortable. Love the hot showers and crabtree and evelyn Quiet hotel considering where it is Dangerous area so be alert in the area. Great front desk girl :)

Assigned to 2nd floor with disables wife and there were no rooms on first level. This only became an issue because both elevators were down/inoperable when we arrived. It was raining terribly. The second floor could only be accessed through an outdoor lengthen entranceway away from the check in area. We got soaking wet since it rained for quite some time and the elevator was down for hours. My wife recently had total knee replacement so I chose this hotel because it was endorsed by Expedia and is a Hilton hotel. The rooms was dirty and when room service was requested I tipped in advance trying to do the right thing. Turns out the garbage was missed, the toilet was not cleaned and there was replenishing soap left in the room.

Staff was very friendly and made the check in process seamless. The room was spacious and the tv was easy to navigate. The room was very clean compared with o other rooms I’ve been in lately. I will be a return visitor.

I enjoyed my stay at Doubletree by Hilton. Staff was friendly, room was clean, there was a bug walking on ceiling wall. The hotel carpet had a little smells. I stayed for one day. Overall, its was okay.
