This fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located at Hi Country Haus, within easy walking distance to all shops, restaurants and Hideaway Park in downtown Winter Park! The third floor, end/corner unit has a private entry with many windows and a skylight bringing in lots of sunlight and offering stunning views of the Fraser River, the pond, and Winter Park Ski Resort. This unit has 1,068 square feet with queen beds in both the master and front bedroom. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds and there is a queen sofa sleeper. Both bathrooms are fully updated and there is a washer and dryer in the hallway. The open floor plan has new wood flooring throughout the kitchen, dining and living areas with comfortable, rustic furniture. A well-stocked kitchen and plenty of open counter space allow for families to gather around the rustic table with 6 chairs and 3 stools for relaxing, playing games, and sharing meals. Warm up next to the wood-burning fireplace, or relax on the private deck overlooking the river and pond. Open the windows and you can hear the rushing river all night long - no air conditioning. Perfect place for any getaway! Family friendly!
In the main living room comfortable furnishings accent the wood fireplace, TV, large sky light to invite extra sunshine or a quick view of the starry sky at night and private deck with a view of the Fraser River.
An open dining area between the living room and kitchen offers a large wood table with western décor dining chairs will seat 6 persons.
A fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter tops space for meal preparation.
In the master bedroom you can relax in a queen bed, have access to the en-suite remodeled bathroom and access the private deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air with your cup of coffee or enjoy the evening sunset.
A queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom – great for children. The second full bathroom is accessible from the main hallway. Sofa sleeper in the living room for extra guests.
Bonus amenity in the room is the stackable washer and dryer in the hallway.
This unit is on the third floor, a few steps away from the free town shuttle stop but you can also walk to Main Street which is 2 blocks away to enjoy all the downtown restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities.
The recreation center has a small children's area with games, flat screen TV and furnishings. The large open great room has vaulted ceilings, pool table with table and chairs, small kitchenette with expansive windows on either side of the gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, table and chairs and computer station with free Wi-FI. The locker rooms are equipped with tiled floors, bathroom stalls, showers and lockers. The main pool and spa area has been enclosed with large glass windows, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and small sitting area with table and chairs. You may also access the large sundeck with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor hot tub. The small workout area has a weight room with treadmill and stationary bike.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. Well equipped
This property was very nice and cozy. Incredibly well equipped. We never had an issue finding parking and the clubhouse/pool/hot tub area was great. It is on the third floor which seems a lot higher up when you your legs are tired of skiing. We liked it because it quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Poor maintenance response
Property was as expected but there was poor response to problem with heat. Had to use space heaters to keep bedrooms and bathrooms warm. Promised to be there to repair and never showed up.

Colorado getaway
Very comfortable and clean with extra paper supplies and clean towels. Beautiful river view and walking distance to restaurants! So quiet! Stunning hikes along the Fraser river. within minutes of the property. Thrilled with the Alpine slide and gondola ride in Winter Park Resort. Hiked to Columbine lake in the Arapaho National Forest and to Adam's Falls and beyond in Rocky Mountain National Park as well as a breathtaking drive along Trailridge Road. Biked along the Fraser trail. Loved the stars at night!
