The hotel has a great lay-out for the room. The people were pleasant and helpful that checked us in and out; they just have a lot to handle from hotel check-in/out to running the coffee shop. I like that the hotel has a hard-floor instead of carpet, but it was definitely in need of a good wash. The room wasn’t “dirty”, but it wasn’t as clean as I hoped it would be.

They have two hot tubs with jets which is so nice, instead of just one. The room was set up to accommodate 4 people but it was just my mom and I there. We had plenty of space (king bed and twin bunk bed set up) So glad they had a fridge and an area to hang out/eat if needed. Walkable to anywhere nearby, everything we wanted wasn't more than a 5 min drive. The one critique is the mattresses were a bit rough.

Very cool mountain vibe. The humidifier in the room was a nice touch and the pillows were to die for. Bedspread was a little thin so getting warm involved turning up the heat which was noisy going off and on through the night.
