Sleep in style in the large Primary King bedroom that overlooks the Village & pond or have some fun in the Queen "WP Bear" Murphy bed (an awesome photo moment!). Stay in and cook in the full-size updated kitchen with bar seating and a dining room table. Ready to get outside? Watch the skiers from the deck that overlooks the Gondola and wave to your friends as they explore everything the base area has to offer.

One of my favorite stays!

This place was well stocked, great small touches like sleepy time tea child dishes and books, our name on the welcome sign and snacks. The location could not be beat it was so great. The management company was awesome! Very comfortable we didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful Weekend Stay!

This condo is a gem! We loved the location and found the amenities perfect for our family. The condo had ample space and everything we needed. We especially loved having a nice cup of coffee on the balcony with a view of the mountain. We hope to come back!

Spring Break at Winter Park

This was our 5th visit to Winter Park but our first time staying at the Zephyr. The unit was as-advertised, and exceeded our expectations. Comfortable king bed, great kitchen layout. Very convenient to the gondola and amenities in the village. Hot tubs on our side of the building were not working, but two were available next door - easily accessible to all guests.

Perfect mini-getaway to escape the busy city!

My daughter and I took a last minute trip before school starts and I could not have found a more perfect place to relax and see what a beautiful little town Winter Park is! This trip was definitely during “off” season, however there was still plenty to do in the area. There were no crowds, we didn’t have to wait at any restaurants to be seated. We had the most beautiful drive from the Denver airport, I could just go on and on. We felt very safe on the premises and parking in the underground garage. The apartment was exactly as the photos and description show on the website. We were so comfortable and would definitely stay here again!

Property was as stated. Not really our style but it’s a great spot for a younger couple or family. Water pressure was pretty bad though. Thinking that’s on the lodge and not the homeowner. Also, beware of the parking scam. I was emailed ahead of time to book our garage parking, which I did. However, when leaving the morning of checkout I had to pay another small gouge fee to get out of the garage. Considering the garage and water problems, it’s not likely I return to any unit at Zephyr.

Efficient great place!!

Absolutely loved the place, and we will be back!! I have back issues and the bed was so comfortable!! Super close to all the downhill mountain biking. The gondola was right outside, and we could see everything! Nice and quiet, thank you so very much!!

In the heart of WP Village!

The balcony overlooks Winter Park Village base & the Gondola. Ski-in, ski-out lockers make it so easy to take a quick break for lunch, or meet up with others and get right back on the slopes! We purchased some food & snacks at the local grocery store, and the kitchen had everything needed to fix breakfasts, lunches, & small dinners. The heated garage was helpful with very cold temps & weather. The location & unit worked great for our needs!

Social distance Christmas

After this year we were desperately needing some normalcy. Our stay here allowed us to be social distance and still have a white Christmas! We brought a small table tree to brighten up the place but it wasn’t needed. There was a decorated tree in the living room waiting for us. Brought a huge smile to the kids faces!

great summer trip

This unit is very nice. The location is perfect and overlooks the gondola and village. We came in July to do some mountain biking and it was perfect. Everything was cleaned well and this unit had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

My experience was just overwhelmingly great. They called several weeks in advance and leading up to the trip just to make sure that all of our questions were answered and we didn't need anything. Check in was great. Location was better. The trip was amazing.

Perfect location in a comfortable setting!

What a great Spring Break ski vaca at The Blue Bear. Every morning we got a Starbucks right next door, grabbed our skis from the ski locker and walked right up to the Zephyr lift. Well stocked kitchen to make meals was a plus. Super comfortable king bed and Murphy bed. Loved all the hooks for coats, ski pants, towels, etc. Such fun decorations and comfy furniture. Winter Park Lodging Company was super helpful!
