Easy quick check in (but it is far away from the property in a whole nother building down the road about 2 miles), clean rooms with fun decor, walking ability to go directly to the water park if u stay in hotel Rome.

Constant running in the halls all night long. Someone had music blasting until 4 am. Beds are not comfortable. The toilet wouldn’t stop running. And the counters and sink were dirty. Only ok part was the water park.

Worst place to stay at, horrible staff experience, the bed sheets were stained, hair in the bathtub and i waited 13 hours for some clean towels. The supervisor Denise/Daise was horrible at handling the situation.

Nowhere does it tell you anywhere that the entire outdoor theme park is closed after Labor Day. Its only open on Saturdays, but might as well not be because only ONE Rollercoaster is open (the worst one) & only ONE go-kart track is open. Everything else outdoors is closed.

Great to have hotel in the actual theme park and indoor water park. It was awesome that there was a Halloween event for the kids and adults. It would have been better if there were clarity whether you are booking your stay at the resort or hotel Rome. It would have beem great if staff could answer inquiry in a decent amount of time. Also would have liken an unclogged tub drain. The tub was very slippery. My family will stay at Mt. Olympus again..
