Front desk staff and cooking/serving staff were very friendly. Free breakfast was pretty tasty, with good scrambled eggs, though bacon was a tad salty. Bananas provided were nice and fresh -- just right. Dinner ordered from the Volpe restaurant tasted good. Pro tip if the weather's good -- you can take your food out into their very nice outdoor courtyard. I had more trouble than usual getting their shower to work. It's always a little counter-intuitive to figure out the magic combination of turning things to get the water flowing, but this time, it seemed like it really wasn't working.

My stay came with free breakfast and dinner from Monday to Thursday when I purchased my vacation package. The meals were very delicious. The location is a bit far from Manhattan, but I saved a lot money from parking fees since the property offers free parking. The room I had was very clean.

Overall we thought that this hotel offered great value, with free dinner and breakfast. The staff was friendly and our bedroom was very spacious and comfy. Yes, the carpet is a bit old and could use a good shampooing, but all in all, we had a great stay

Room was very clean and pleasant and bed was very comfortable. I think they should stop including a feather pillow on the beds, though -- lots of people are allergic to them! Front desk staff was friendly and responsive. Room service tray said to hit "0" and the tray would be picked up from the hallway, but the tray wasn't picked up until almost 12 hours later. That seems like a bad idea insect-wise, though, to be fair, I saw no insects or traces of them anywhere. Just a heads up that affiliated restaurant Volpe sometimes closes their kitchen over an hour before their stated closing time.
