Staff that I encountered was not very friendly. As soon as we got there, we informed staff that the toilet was not functioning properly. We were handed a plunger to deal with the issue ourselves. This was notna great experience and didnt meet the expectations.

This place is quite shabby. And they use a certain kind of air freshener that permeated every thing that was in the room for only two days. In general, it was very mediocre. The people that work there were nice and friendly and helpful. But they really need to up their game.

After our horror show stay at the Motel 6, this was like the Taj Mahal. We were fine to overlook the strong smell of cleaning chemicals. We discovered the tub didn’t drain…..the stoppers were off so someone knew about it…..we let them know and that it was fine for the night but wanted them to know. The woman at the desk when we checked in was LOVELY! Then at 5 am I woke up dry as a bone and sweating…. Go to click on the AC. It doesn’t work. I unplug it and plug it back in…. Still no luck. So I venture out looking for water…. There’s a sour faced woman getting ready to set up breakfast…. I said ohhhhh…. She said breakfast is six to nine…. Directs me to the second floor vending machine for water…….. no water. I settled on a Snapple. So then I’m hot and can’t sleep….. I must have fallen back to sleep and woke up at 9:20….. I walk out and the same woman is cleaning up…. I said oh darn it’s all put away she’s barked back ‘I said 9’. No reason to be grouchy…… anyway……I should have switched rooms after I showered and discovered the tub didn’t drain because it only went down hill from there……. I wanted to be able to leave a great review but can only speak to the beds being comfy and the lady who checked us in being a lovely woman.

HELLISH!!!
There were no employees to check you in or out. When I did see an employee to ask if I could change rooms because of the smell of smoke in the room that was assigned to me I was told to leave the hotel. Between the insects, smoke, and drug bust, the stay was unbearable. I had to leave early.
