We stayed on the 3rd floor and the entire hall way and our room REAKED of cigarette and cigar smoke!! I told staff and said they were aware. We didn't have time to move to another room so we dealt with it for the one night stay. With lots of choices of hotels in the area the Hyatt won’t be ours again!!
