“Ramsey West Unit” is a popular 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse that is less than three houses back from the ocean and a short stroll to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier. Pack your fishing gear and spend your day casting a line or enjoy the sun and ocean views from the decks. The wonderful central location has made this duplex a favorite place to make family memories for decades!

The open floor plan creates a wonderful gathering space for families and warmly welcomes you to the home. The living room is furnished with a large Roku-enabled TV so you can watch all your favorite shows as you relax on the sectional sofa. A large sliding glass door floods the room with natural light and the first-floor deck off the living room provides magnificent ocean views. The kitchen overlooks the dining table and living room so the chef in the family can join in on conversation while preparing meals. There is a convenient full bathroom on this level that can be accessed from the hallway or the adjoining bedroom. The first-floor bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed.

Upstairs is the primary bedroom which has a cozy king-sized bed, a private deck with ocean views, and a private ensuite bathroom. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the upstairs hallway for added convenience. The third bedroom is furnished with a standalone full-sized bed and a pyramid bunk bed that offers a twin bed over a full. “Ramsey West Unit” is a popular pick for many returning guests as it lends itself to families, provides ample parking, has two decks that have wonderful ocean views, and is just steps from the beach.

For larger family gatherings, rent the adjoining unit W084 Ramsey East Unit, for a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, dining and living areas! There is a connecting first floor door between the East and West units that can be unlocked with advance notice for larger families renting these units in combination. Perfect family memories
Our stay and location wear just perfect! The washer didn't work that good but the dryer was fine. Just took a few extra dry cycles and it was fine. We took a family trip of 11 (plus a baby) the house fit us all comfortably and the location was perfect to let the teenagers go on their own, with a short, convenient walk to the beach with the little ones. Perfect family memories. We can't wait to do it again!
