The HOA requires all vehicles to display parking passes while parked on the property in order to avoid citation or towing. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) in the carport labeled for unit "D" and cannot obstruct the driveway or utilize other parking areas on the property.

Prohibited: No Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
