Loved my room. Great bed. Modern decor. Excellent walk-in shower the floor was quite slippery. No refrigerator or microwave in room.

1 night stay; went to the Deli and had Swiss Mushroom burger with fries (yummy).. When I checked out was easy; just handed the room key over. I will stay there again when in town; bed is very comfy.

We had a great stay. Check-in and staff was lovely. Upon getting to our room everything was clean and in great shape. There isn’t much in the surrounding area - but you don’t need it. Their food was delicious and a great value. Would stay again

ridiculously laid out floor plans for diabled

The front desk folks were friendly and helpful. The facility is just wrong. Why is a room for disabled people more than a football field length from the elevator. It is absolutely ridiculous to expect a disabled person to walk that far. How is it that a hotel of this size has only two luggage carts (both of which are in need of repair). The staff did not know where one was when a disabled person needed it to move their luggage from their car to the room hundreds of yards away. We accidentally found one in the hall. At check out one of us walked over a hundred yards again to the lobby to see if a cart was there. We found both of them in the vestibule. Trash cans in the public areas, especially in the parking lots were overflowing and that meant the wind was blowing some of it all over the place. As disabled people it is very unlikely we would ever stay there again, but maybe they don't care. C'mon, Wyandottes are better than this
