By far, this La Quinta had the best room. I like the modern brightly lit mirrors, very large room, secure door locks, brightly lit shower. Only problem I had in the shower was that the sliding glass doors would not stay closed. I even switched doors, but no matter what, both slid open allowing shower water go outside the shower stall. I had to keep a foot in the track to keep the door from sliding open. I suppose I could have jammed a wash cloth in the track, but my foot did the trick. If I were staying more than a night, I definitely would have placed a call to the front desk. When I checked out, I forgot to mention the problem I had with the shower door. Otherwise, beautiful room with a comfortable bed.

I really wish I had brought a swimsuit because the pool looked increidble and it was great that it was open 24 hours. Our room was wonderful, it was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was solid as well. We mainly just needed a place to rest before and after a concert at the Gorge and this place did the trick.

I gave my stay here 4 stars. We were here 3 nights. The first night was perfect - very quiet. The second night was horrible due to extremely noisy people in the next room - maybe not necessarily the hotel’s fault, but several other rooms seemed to be available and I had specifically requested a quiet room area. Thankfully, that group left and the last night was quiet and restful. Breakfast was good. Keurig in the room gets an A+! So much better than the usual coffee machine. The pet areas are really rocky and could really use some work. That said, overall 4 stars for the stay and I would stay there again.
