GREAT FOR WEDDING VIIKKOJEN!
Uusi koti, joka on rakennettu vuoden 2015 kesävuokrausaikaan upeilla merinäkymillä kaikilla tasoilla! Vain 1 / 10th puolen kilometrin päässä Long Sands Beach. 5 tähden kotiin kaiken mitä tarvitset rentoutua ja nauttia aikaa York Maine. Meillä oli ensimmäinen majoitu yli kesän ja syksyn 2015 ja vieraat voisi sanoa tarpeeksi omaisuutta ja sijainti. Talossa on 8 queen beds ja 2 sarjaa hengen kerrossänky. Talo tarjoaa suuren avokeittiö ja elintilaa kaikille ripustaa yhdessä. Koti on myös olohuonetta sekä toisessa ja kolmannessa kerroksessa, jos tarvitset jonkin aikaa yksin.
Ole yksi ensimmäisistä loma tässä upouusi koti. Tämä on täydellinen paikka perheen loma / perheenyhdistämisen. Kotiin mahtuu nukkuu jopa 20 ihmistä vuodepaikkaa.
Näkemyksiä tämän kotiin venyttää päässä kuuluisasta Nubble majakka, näkymät Long Sands Beach ja sitten Yorkin satamaan. Tämä näkemys on kaikilta tasoilta kotoa, mutta 3. kerroksessa näkymät ovat upeat. Pitkä Sands Beach on hyvin lyhyt kävelymatka, vähemmän kuin 1 / 10th puolen kilometrin. Vaunu pysähtyy talon lähellä hakemaan sinut ja vie useisiin kohteisiin Yorkissa.

Talossa on 8 isoa huonetta. Kaikissa huoneissa on queen niihin. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kaksi huonetta ja kylpyamme pesukone / kuivaaja, pois oleskelutilaa. Molemmat makuuhuoneet ovat tilavia ja niissä on runsaasti tilaa pakkaus ja pelata tarvittaessa. 2. kerroksessa on 3 makuuhuonetta, olohuone ja kylpy amme. Toiseen makuuhuoneeseen on paitsi queen mutta myös joukko kerrossänky. Että huone on runsaasti riittävän iso perheen 4 viettää lomaa. Paljon tilaa matkatavaroille. 2. kerroksessa on myös pieni olohuone, jossa on sohva rentoutua ja lukea tai katsella televisiota. Olohuoneessa johtaa ulos avoin kansi, joka on upeat näkymät hän merelle. 3. kerroksessa on täsmälleen kuten 2. kerroksessa 3 queen makuuhuonetta, joista yksi on myös kerrossänky asettaa se. on myös oleskelutila, joka johtaa ulos avoimelle kannelle lasi kaiteita. Kun kävelet jopa 3. kerroksessa näkymät ovat henkeäsalpaavat. On myös erittäin suuri kylpyhuone.

Great for big families
This house was wonderful for a big family like ours. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. We loved the decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Kitchen has everything you need. The walk to the beach is quick and easy which was nice since we have small children. Would definitely return!

Long Sands stay July 2024
The location of this property is wonderful, a very short walk to Long Sands Beach. A few issues in the house: no hot water in the kitchen sink, running toilet on the 3rd floor, washer/dryer requires many cycles. House could have been cleaner at check in, especially the floors. We checked in on a Saturday and 4 of the trash cans were completely full of smelly seafood garbage. I texted Bill and while he acknowledged that the stinky garbage was probably not great, there was nothing he could do. I felt bad for the neighbors who had their yard space right next to the cans, so we brought them out to the street. Bill had items shipped to the house, which was really nice! Paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc. arrived via Amazon and was a very nice gesture. Check in was easy. The listing shows a photo from the third floor balcony’s view of the ocean (which is lovely), but the photo was taken before one of the houses was build that obstructs the view more. This should be updated for accuracy. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to Long Sands was very quick and easy.

Perfect spot for a team trip!
Perfect for my sons HS golf team pre-season trip. Plenty of room and space for 8 teenage boys and 4 chaperones. Super close to 4 great courses. Everything was sparkling clean and the kitchen is well appointed. Can’t beat the location either. Thanks again Bill, we will be back for sure!

We loved the covered deck with the blue furniture, the 8 bedrooms, and the kitchen. It would have been nice to have more living space and a fire pit with chairs. The kids enjoyed the beach, but it was not an easy access for me at 88, so I never went down...sad about that. Bill was very nice about handling the few problems in the kitchen.

Wonderful spot for a reunion

Great house and location!
My family and I came to York to celebrate my brothers birthday. The house was awesome, plenty of room for all of us to fit comfortably. Nice and clean and lots of places to hang out throughout the house, two balconies were awesome. Perfect location and a short walk to the beach! Bill was very responsive and very accommodating. Excellent. Awesome place to stay with extended family. Easy walk to beach and views are amazing. We went with three families, and each family had their own floor, plus kitchen was huge. It was a short drive to other York attractions. Highly recommend and we will come back.
