This establishment was pretty average, at best. Expedia advertised it as pet friendly and even allowed us to reserve a room with queen size beds. We had 4 adults and needed good rest from traveling. When we walked in with our dog, the manager (Genevive) barked at us and made my husband and dog wait outside in the 20 degree weather until we got checked in. Then, she down-graded us to full sized beds—their pet friendly room, but wouldn’t reimburse us the difference because we had paid through Expedia. Horrible customer service, and super unfriendly. The smaller beds disrupted our sleep. Had I been given correct information to begin with, I wouldn’t have stayed here. I don’t know if that’s on Expedia, or if it’s the hotel’s fault. Left a bad taste in my mouth, and all of us grumpy for lack of a good night’s sleep.
