I usually stay at the Hilton next-door, but they were booked so I ended up staying here and found a place to be clean, quiet, and the staff very friendly

The light in the bathroom kept flickering on and off. The toilet kept running as well. The refrigerator was too small (in my opinion). There was nowhere to sit outside, so we took our folding chairs over towards the small pond and sat there in the evening and listened to music and talked. If there was an area for sitting, such as a bench or a small pavilion, that would be ideal. Other than that the area was convenient for shopping and dining. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Disappointed

Room was clean, neat and orderly. However, The bottom, fitted, sheet on the bed kept coming off which kept me awake off and on. I put it back several times and finally gave up. This happened all three nights.

Awesome experience at Fairfield, Warren, Ohio

We arrived earlier than anticipated. Ty was extremely helpful in getting us into a room as quickly as possible! He was professional, courteous and friendly. Our room was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the pool as temperatures were high. The only drawback was that there was not a covered smoking area. I realize the hotel is smokeless but it would have been nice to see more accommodation outside (maybe in the back of hotel) for hugest who indulge. Otherwise, our stay was perfect.

Amazing staff makes the difference!!!

My stay was cool! I was not happy about the parking fee which was 10.00 a night!!! It’s sad that Marriott would do that to people when the cost of the room is already pricey! The breakfast was good and the staff were amazing!! The lady cooking breakfast was so sweet each day and Heather which was a front desk manager was the BEST!! She was so helpful and I really appreciate her! I did not like that the room smelled like doggy when we first got in there and the fact that you have to ask for your room to be cleaned! Even after I asked, they still did not clean it to my liking..they just emptied the trash and gave fresh towels! Other than that, my stay was pleasant!! I would return again!

The shower did not work in my room. There were things on the floor behind the toilet and under the ac unit that had not been picked up / cleaned up. The room is pretty sparse and the bed way too soft. Having dogs bark past 11pm at night in the hotel did not help either…
