The only thing I worry about is the cleaning. I am not sure the staff clean the room or not. When I lay down my bed I found the hair and little wet on the bed and I feel my body is itching after a while. I ask the manager to change the bedsheet, the attitude is good and he give me the new one as soon as possible, but he didn’t help me to change that, I need to do by myself. By the way I don’t like the service.

Generally good stay - only negatives were 1. Sensitivity of the key cards to be deactivated in ci tact with the phone or car key fob 2. The bathroom floor needs to be more throughly cleaned my white socks were dirty just walking on the floor and there was hair etc from previous occupants in the corners and under the vanity 3. The temp control was difficult to manage - I couldn’t get the heat turned down so only way to reduce the heat was to turn it off all together 4. Restaurant closed early due to staff illness so we couldn’t have dinner of Fri night

Our vehicle was vandalized on 10/18 in the parking lot. There are no security cameras and poor lighting in the parking lot. The police told us that several other cars were broken into the same night, but the hotel staff were unaware of the crimes. The police were very helpful. We were disappointed in the response of the hotel staff to this serious safety concern. I hope the hotel will increase security measures and consider improved lighting and security cameras.

Absolute worst hotel stay ever!
We could not check in because none of the card readers worked, and the staff didn’t have a way to take down our credit card for incidentals. The staff asked repeatedly if we maxed out all 3 of our credit cards and debit card because it couldn’t be the hotel’s problem. We said no. Then he asked if all 3 of our banks blocked the cards. He didn’t stop blaming us until the next customer came and the hotel card readers also couldn’t read her card. We stood for over 30 minutes while he made phone calls to figure out how to check people in. He became frustrated and dropped the f-bomb! Then we had to write down our credit card on a piece of paper to get the room keys. Once we finally got to the room, the key did not work, so we had to walk all the way back to front desk, at the other side of the building. After 9pm, once we were settled in bed, people started rattling on the door handle to try to get in because the hotel had double booked the room. At every turn, different hotel staff made it seem like it was our fault and not theirs. Even at check out, no one took responsibility. We were told to stand aside while they figured out how to address the problems. Never stay here!

Beautiful grounds
Beautiful grounds, great lobby, the rooms could use a little attention. Mattresses too soft but otherwise a good pick. I would rebook here because the problems were not major.
