Beds too soft (back ached), phone didn’t work, saw a bug in the hallway, delayed getting coffee, ran out of yogurt, didn’t have complimentary toothpaste, had to sign in Wi-Fi every day.

This is the first Microtel I’ve stayed in and would recommend to anyone just needing a room to stay in. For the last several years I’ve been using VBRO because hotels have gotten so expensive. But this room was much more affordable than the area VBRO. Nice place.

This hotel needs a deep cleaning and/or remodeled. It shows serious signs of aging. I understand that it is an “economy” hotel but it should still meet certain standards.
