"Ensimmäinen 12 tuntia hotellissa oli täysi fiasko. Meille kerrottiin, että tarjolla on myöhään saapuvien buffet - ei ollut. Ravintolan esimies kävelytti meitä ympäri hotellia ja loppupeleissä ainoa ruokavaihtoehto oli sporttibaarin kylmät voileivät. Pettymys oli suuri. Seuraavana aamuna menimme nälkäisenä aamiaiselle ja löysin salaatistani kuusi pientä ötökkää. Reklamaationi otettiin onneksi vakavasti ja hyvitystä tapahtuneesta tarjottiin.
Onneksi loma lähti kulkemaan alkua paremmin ja ruuan laatukin koheni. Palvelussa oli hieman toivomisen varaa ja esimerkiksi aamiaisella, lounaalla ja päivällisellä tilaamamme juomat unohdettiin monta kertaa.
Siisteydestä pidettiin huolta ja ravintoloita ja allasalueita siivottiin nonstoppina. Huoneessamme oli kuitenkin muutamia lasipintoja, jotka eivät olleet ihan niin siistit kuin olisi pitänyt olla.
Olimme lomalla alle 1- ja 3-vuotiaan lapsen kanssa. Lapset oli huomioitu hienosti miltei kaikkialla, siitä plussaa. En kuitenkaan tiedä, tulisimmeko uudelleen, sillä kaikki osa-alueet jättivät toivomisen varaa ja viiden tähden tasoon on mielestämme matkaa. Sain myös ruokamyrkytyksen toiseksi viimeisenä päivänä, joten viimeinen vuorokausi meni sängyn pohjalla.
