Such a beautiful home in a beautiful location. We don’t regret staying in Alpine vs Jackson Hole. Yes, there was an hour drive to get to Jackson Hole but the drive was beautiful and Alpine is so peaceful and not crowded. My favorite part of the day was sitting on the wrap around porch, drinking coffee, reading and enjoying the beautiful views.
The house itself is very nice. It is spacious. There is everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised by a couple of things that I in the original listing (it may very well have been there and I just missed it). There are bar stools, I think 6 of them, so in addition to the dining table we had plenty of s
eating inside. There was also outdoor seating for our whole family. The other thing was there were 4 bathrooms instead of 3 bathrooms!
Halee, the property manager, was so helpful and kind. We had a minor issue and she was very responsive and dealt with the problem immediately.
There is a new grocery store in Alpine called Broulim’s. It took 8-10 minutes to get there and it had everything I needed (including a good selection of gluten free, dairy free and grain free items). I was thrilled to be able to do all our grocery shopping there and not need to go to Jackson Hole. They also have a coffee bar in the grocery store and the lattes were really good!
