Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The rooms were dingy and in need of repair. If I could have gotten my money back, I would have canceled the reservation and stayed gone somewhere else.
Complaints to Wyndham concerning the facility got a few extra points, but I will not stay at a Wyndham facility again, so this is a useless bribe not to report the facility conditions.
The following is just a sample of what was wrong with my stay.
Telephone faceplate was broken leaving interior wiring exposed.
Desk chair worn through the faux leather and thread bare.
Curtains had holes.
Nightstand lamp doesn't work.
Fridge freezer frosted up and unusable.
Door on dresser won't close and is a hazard to walking.
Desk with peeling veneer on the front.
Ceiling gouged and marked with what looked like toothpaste as a filler.
Bathroom towel bar broken.
Bathroom outlets do not work.
Bathroom walls scuffed and marked.
Tub bottom stained and needed scrubbing.
Room carpet stained.
Breakfast (I checked this on several days):
Only one cereal (raisin bran, the other container was empty all during my five day stay).
no milk.
jam, butter, toaster, but no bread.
no coffee in either carafe.
No juice or other beverage.
Pool half full of green slime water (it had clearly never been available for use).
Trash bin overflowing in the corridor all week.
Manager would not answer at front desk or on the phone.
