Ihanteellisella paikalla 1 korttelin päässä rannalta ja alle 5 korttelin päässä ostos- / ravintola-alueelta, Oak Shade on huolellisesti hoidettu omaisuus helpon kävelymatkan päässä historiallisesta Ocean Springsin keskustasta ja kauniista Front Beachistä. Vastikään kunnostettu, tärkein sviitti on täydellinen paikka romanttisille lomille sekä viikon mittaisille perhelomille. Siinä on king-size-vuode yhdessä makuuhuoneessa, kuningatar toisessa, sohva, jossa voi yöpyä kaksi, ja monia muita mukavuuksia, joista olet varmasti rakastunut.

Lovely Location Close to Everything
Perfect location that makes you feel like you're a real part of the neighborhood; a very relaxed vibe with lovely giant oaks that's a short walk to the beach and beautiful skyline and a short ride or nice stroll away from great restaurants and shops. Very spacious and unique interior and private outdoor patio area.

We love this home and location! This is our second time booking. The location to downtown, the beach, and fishing is what has us coming back. This year we rented a golf cart and had even more fun visiting different areas. One of our favorites was buying oysters off a dock down by the fishing harbor. Wonderful property and perfect location!

Perfect Getaway
We were looking for a relaxing extended weekend away from the hustles of normal life. This was exactly what we wanted. The town is beautiful. Everyone was friendly. The house is in the perfect location and the host is nice and extremely helpful. We were looking for somewhere that was more than just a place to rest your head at night. Everything was just the right blend of calm & quiet and fun & exciting. It really is the perfect place for all ages. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Amazing
This cottage is well worth thw stay. We went down to visit my daughter and grandkids with our 2 small dogs and this place was perfect. Excellent location a block away from the beach, quiet neighborhood within distance to everything you need. The owners have everything you would need for your stay. We will definitely book here again in the future. Thank you for the cozy stay. Only thing I would add would be a firepit on the patio area but over all Amazing place.

Comfortably cute cottage
We greatly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. The house was wonderfully appointed and had everything we needed and more. We were impressed by how organized they were in providing instructions for using the house and checking out. We appreciated the recommendations for things to do and places to eat while in Ocean Springs. I whole-heartedly recommend staying here. We are moving to Ocean Springs next month, and the time spent in this location made us feel at home already.

This place has brought back memories for my mother of when she was newly married. My mom is (83) . This beach house, community and beach has created new memories for (4) generations of women. It is so relaxing here. Nothing is fast paced. Just beautiful here. We will be back!

Comfy cottage in a great location in a cute town
We were 2 adults with 2 little boys, ages 2 and 3 1/2. The cottage is in a lovely neighborhood and is just a short walk to the beach in one direction and to one of the best playgrounds I've ever visited in another. Everything was very clean, the beds in the 2 bedrooms were quite comfortable, the bathroom is updated and has a large vanity, the kitchen is spacious. All the dishes were porcelain, so we wished we'd brought some plastic ware for the boys, but luckily nothing got broken. The 2 boys slept fine on the couch with a trundle in the study. There were 2 drawbacks to the study as a bedroom: there is no door to close it off from the main living area, and the curtains over the glass door and many window are not blackout curtains. The landscaping is beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio in the morning and drinks on the screened porch after the boys were asleep. The Walter Anderson Museum is a very short walk away and definitely worth the visit. The adjacent civic center with amazing murals provided a good space for the boys to run, dance, and throw a 2-year-old tantrum. Ocean Springs has lots of nice shops and restaurants that run the gamut from dive bar to fairly fancy. We are definitely considering a return visit.

Teachers Weekend Away
This property is a cute little house in an amazing location in town. Our group was able to walk to the beach and walk to downtown which was exactly what we wanted. I cannot say enough good things about the location and our overall experience in Ocean Springs. We ate some amazing food while down there. My review goes south when it came to cleanliness and communication with the management of the property. Upon check in, we noticed a very odd smell that was hard to mask. We thought maybe it would be better after dinner, but came home to it being just as bad. We went to Walmart and bought spray and plug ins. I contacted the management to let them know that something might be wrong. We could not all agree if it was a dead animal, sewage, or something else. The smell was the worse in the living room. Management told me that they couldn't have anyone out right then and that the cleaning crew didn't say anything about a smell. They also offered to refund my second night if I wanted to check out. That wasn't what I wanted at all. I was concerned that something was wrong at their house. We just stayed out of the house as much as possible all weekend except to sleep so stay away from the smell. The management team told they had never had this problem before. I was in no way trying to get out of paying or my stay, but was made via message to feel that way. I am sure people do that with stays, but we are not that group.

We had the best sisters/ladies weekend in the best spot! We will definitely be staying here again in the future! This home is cozy, nestled under the oaks with a great screened in porch for quiet coffee time and wine time. It is very spacious inside and feels very warm and cozy. It was very clean with very nice bedding and comfortable beds. We each had our own room too so that gives plenty of privacy for three people or more. It is Minutes walking distance to the beach and to downtown ocean springs, so the location is spectacular! You can even see a little bit of the water from the screen porch! I will highly recommend it to anyone!

Perfect location; Super comfortable
We felt so lucky to have a place within a few minutes' walk of the lovely beach (sunrise and sunset walks), and also to the great town of Ocean Springs. We especially enjoyed the lovely screened porch and private back yard area for coffees and cocktails, games, and visiting. Beds super comfortable.

Great property at great location
We spent 5 days at the Main Suite at Oakshade. All as advertised, kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Even had beach chairs, which were easy to carry the short distance to the beach. Communication with property manager was very easy. Would recommend staying in this property when in Ocean Springs.
