Greeting was friendly. Room was nice. Door hinge was broken when we opened the door made door difficult to open and close. Let staff know right away. Breakfast milk we took was sour Coffee was good scrambled eggs were good and fresh. Juices tasted like they were a combination of apple orange & cranberry juice Hotel was clean and pool was very nice.

The front desk clerk was very friendly. The pool and hot tub were nice. Room was clean and modern. Bed was a bit soft for me.

Friendly, easy check-in. Good parking. Room felt overall clean. Walls in the room have dirty places on them that need to be cleaned. The pool room was very nice and they even run a dehumidifier that makes the room cleaner. Breakfast was good. I felt safe here. The smell of cow poop is so strong in the area that the first floor of the hotel smelled like cow poop. The 2nd floor didn’t smell as strongly.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Pillows were excessively overstuffed and crinkled noisily from liner. No towel rods or hooks in bathroom. Wifi okay but Oakley seems to be off cellular grid for my carrier.

This was a last minute stay. Good rate, clean, comfortable bed, with breakfast. The in room air/heater was so loud we had to turn it off to beable to sleep. There was some stains on the walls, but overall clean and well stocked.

The stay here was overall good, with a few exceptions. The room was pleasant and clean. The biggest problem was there was no ceiling fan in the bathroom. So when taking a number 2, the whole room stank up. Very embarrassing when traveling with a companion. The TV had 4 bright spots on the screen, like it might be getting ready for the junk pile. The breakfast was good, except the scrambled eggs were not good....overcooked and too dry. I didn't use the pool or spa, but the person with me said the spa was warm, not hot. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good location near a freeway with fast food restaurants next door and some good restaurants not far away.

So Blessed

We had a car accident and were stranded without a car the entire day.The front desk lady was so so nice and understanding and allowed us to have a late check out so we weren't on the street waiting for our car/transportation to arrive. We were on vacation out of state and this hotel is 85 miles from rental cars, which there were none available on a Friday. She was a blessing to us and we are so thankful. I hope she gets recognition for going above and beyond for her customers. Thank you.
