THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS FANTASTIC. THE ROOM WAS THE CLEANEST ROOM WE'VE EVER STAYED IN. THE STAFF WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL. THE OUTSIDE GROUNDS WERE CLEAN AS WELL. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN FOR SURE.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and never had an issue. Unfortunately this time we had pretty significant mold in the bathroom around the tub and on our last night there we found a huge cockroach in the room so we had to up pack everything and make sure we weren’t accidentally bringing any home with us. Unfortunately we will be looking elsewhere for yearly trip to Rockport.

I tried to check in early around noon. They had rooms available but insisted on charging me$30 for an early check in. I refused and told them that i had never had to pay an early check in fee before. They said that it was a new change. I will take my busiess elsewhere next time.
