Room itself is okay. Nothing great or terrible. Bed is not very comfortable. The AC once turned on stunk to high heavens so that was unfortunate. They also did not have any cribs available after being told there would be one, so we had to purchase one at target across the street. The receptionist, while nice, was on the phone (on speaker) with either a friend or coworker when I came in, talking negatively about another guest and cursing. Not a great first impression. Also, they charged my card before I even checked in to the hotel, after advising that we would be a late check in (8 pm). I have never had a hotel charge my card prior to me actually staying there. Just a warning to those who may want to change cards at check in.

The heater is not functioning properly. We had to put to temperature of 80 to get a room temperature heat. The hand towels by the sink are not white clean. It looks discolored so we can’t tell if they are clean.

I came in town for a funeral. I booked online. Online images were misleading. I never would have booked here had the online images been representative of what it truly was. When I saw the room, the property was incredibly unsafe. As a woman traveling alone they put me on the lowest level with their rooms opening outside to the street. The noise was alot and kept me awake and additionally there were No trash bags in the room cans. Also, the "free" breakfast consisted of stale biscuits & cold gravy. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe and did Not book any further nights here. I continued my stay in a much safer hotel in a different area.
