Room was clean, but the hotel lax needed maintenan

On the good side, the staff was very friendly. The towels were very soft. And the room was pretty clean. On the bad side, the entire hotel is in need of maintenance. They had one stairway blocked off near our room. There is corrosion all around the faucet in the sink. There was some kind of wooden thing under the toilet to keep it from rocking. The towel shelf in the bathroom is starting to fall down. The Shower had several settings. One blasted so bad that it would rip your flesh off. The other settings had very little water pressure.

Room was “clean” but still looked dirty. Could hear road and neighbors from the room. There were only stairs available. The “hallways” also smelled like weed which is crazy given the “hallway” is out in the open.

We have stayed at this property a few times and really enjoy the location and amenities. The staff promptly meet us when we arrive for check-in. This time the room we had was slightly dirty with rice and crumbs between the bed and table. The pool upon first glance looked great, but as we swam, the dirt was stirred up from the bottom and was suspended in the water the rest of the time we were in the pool. Other than that, everything else was great.

When I first arrived no staff was anywhere to be found I sat in my car for 10 minutes then saw her with her boyfriend outside instead of working I drove in from Atlanta and couldn’t even check in when I needed too then they asked why was I upset like I wasn’t just waiting for them to come and let me check in then 10:16am before check out house keeping walks in without an answer and my 6 year old son was undressed about to shower then she says she’s not giving her name this was the worst service I ever had

We were traveling between Massachusetts and Naples and booked this Hotel for the night. We were so surprised how everything was perfect. We were traveling with a dog so assumed the room might not be that nice but to our surprise it was perfect. Would definitely stay there again with no hesitation!

The breakfast/lobby area was very clean, beautiful, and unique. However, even though our room had clean bedding and towels it stopped there. The shower curtain had been cut off due to mold, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the whole room smelled musty/moldy, there weren’t bedbug covers on the beds, the carpet was dirty, the trash cans did not have liners and the bathroom trash can looked like someone had thrown up in it.

Pleasantly surprised

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was and spacious. The beds were decent for a hotel and the bathroom was very clean with plenty of hot water. Love the location being near plenty of food places and a Target and you can't beat that it's right off 95 This was the perfect place for a stop over a we continue our families summer road trip.
