Great space
The house is perfect for family gatherings, plenty of well appointed spaces. Primary bed was very comfortable, other family members stated their beds were not comfortable. We have already talked about coming back to this house. The basketball “court” was a big hit. Overall a good time was had by all.

Great place
Great place for our family of 10. House had a great layout, plenty of room for everyone. We never felt crowded. Very clean. Check-in was easy. Close to everything! Just walk down the steps and Gatlinburg is right there! Yet it was secluded and felt hidden away. Two things: steps are quite steep and, number two; you do not have to go to the Smokies to see bears. We could watch them from the deck now and then. Truly enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Gatlingburg Cabin
We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect blend of being close to everything yet still feeling secluded and peaceful. The cabin was clean and spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. A couple of minor points to note: the floor mats in the bathroom and kitchen could use a good vacuuming, and for a cabin this size, I would have liked there to be a stock of essentials like toilet paper and garbage bags. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Walk to town
Walk to town, no parking worries. Plenty of room for everyone. Video games, outdoor games, huge kitchen/dining area. Aunt Bugs is the host, they were easy to communicate with and helpful during and after our stay(we left some things behind).

The pictures don’t do this home justice. It is huge and everyone loved the stay there. There was an issue with the hot tub and when I contacted the owner there was someone there within an hour to fix it!! We will definitely be back❤️

What a wonderful place to spend Christmas! This home is beautiful and so spacious. Perfect for a large group. Aunt Bug's is great and responds quickly. The decorations were gorgeous. Being able to walk to town was a great feature!

Great stay
The house is great, the location to everything is walkable, and Aunt Bugs was very on top of everything. The only thing I would change is the 10am checkout, with all the people and kids we had it was tight and the house was kept clean the whole time. It was a great stay!

Location
We usually stay up in the mountains but this was a shorter trip so the location was great because you’re right in town. In less than 2 minutes you’re at the light to go towards downtown Gatlinburg/ the National Park or go toward Pigeon Forge.

Great location.
Perfect house for a group of 4 couples. Everyone had a comfortable room and private bathroom. The location was very close to downtown Gatlinburg. We were able to walk to town and avoided the traffic. Everyone loved it.

Us 10 women stayed in the house. More than enough space. Great bedroom arrangement and plenty of bathrooms. The house is beautifully appointed and a very easy walk to downtown. We didn’t use the hot tub, but could have. Our schedule was so busy we didn’t really have time to enjoy the outdoor spaces but could have. The management company was very accommodating and very easy to work with. We will return

Lovely home, great layout, and easy check-in. House was a short ten-minute walk from downtown and we saw bears in the yard nearly every day - including a momma and her two cubs.

The patios could have been cleaned, and a little more detail cleaning inside..but overall nit so bad..Having a worker come in during the stay without a phone call was very upsetting, told there was a work order placed probably by the people who were there before us was disrespectful..more communication needed by management....we were having such a good time we decided to not let it ruin our weekend.

Perfect for a group of car guys!
Property was very nice for a group of 10. Parking is plentiful for many cars, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is huge. The basketball court and hot tub were a great way to end the evenings. Overall I would highly recommend this property. I would book again!

Good house in a Great Location
House is bigger than it looks in the photos. Was more than enough space for a family of 11. Only complaints were the address was not provided until 30 minutes before check-in and the smell of what appeared to be a dead rodent. Other than that it was a great house. Family loved the large tables in the dinning room and the arcade games. Would stay again.

Great location and amazing looking cabin very spacious.
Great location you could easily walk to the center and save yourself from the hassle of traffic. The cabin offers amazing views of the strip and it is a very spacious and beautiful cabin. Definitely my favorite cabin.

Great place with bad management company
The house was great! It has plenty of space and a great location! I have always just dealt with one person when renting, but this house is under Aunt Bugs Cabin Rental. I did not receive the address until the rental was clean, which was right before check in time. I asked if I could at least get it that morning since guests were coming from three different states, so that they could have an address to put in the GPS. I was told I would get it when it was clean. I have always received the details (with address) at least the day before. There was a sewage smell when we arrived. I had to text on three different times (days) before someone was sent out to check it. The smell got worse each day. The workers that came out were great. I prefer to deal with one person and not a company.

Beautiful place.
It is a great house. Plenty of room for a large group. It has everything you need ! It is in walking distance of Gatlinburg but it is not an easy walk nor is it a kid friendly walk so bring extra money for parking . We would definitely stay there again.

Clean/Spacious House in a Great Location
Walking distance, or an easy drive, to the downtown Gatlinburg area, and not a far drive from Pigeon Forge or Smokey Mountain National Park. The house had many indoor and outdoor areas to gather, and many amenities indoors and outdoors to keep everyone busy/entertained during our downtime. Everybody had a great time. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

Great house in a great location
We had ten of us (two families and grandma) staying in this house and there was plenty of space for everyone. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and family rooms and we never felt crowded. Everything we needed to make breakfast and grill out was provided. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the basketball hoop. (Bring your own ball.) On two of the evenings, we had bears visit, which was really neat! The location of the house was perfect! It is walkable to downtown Gatlinburg, which we did multiple times. There is also a grocery store about 2 miles away. We had a fabulous trip. No one was ready to leave. I would definitely rent this house again on a return trip!

Nice family getaway
The place was very spacious and nicely renovated, and in a great location. You could tell it was an older house, but it was very nice. The family loved the patio and the jacuzzi, as well as the arcade games. The property manager was very responsive/communicative, which was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
