Meh

The first room had no running water so we had to switch. Check-In reception was very helpful and got us a new room. The second room was meh. Hairballs in the corner of the bathroom..no shower gel, loud air conditioner/ heater unit and a phone I had to unplug because it was beeping even when the handset was down in the middle of the night. Nice revamp on the rooms but the bathrooms were not touched..old and outdated...really shows its age.

Hotel was advertised as having a coffee place and a bar but had neither. Took almost an hour to get a room after check in time. Room was not clean - hair and random pieces of trash everywhere. Wont stay here again, will go to the Hilton next time

Good Night's Sleep

I absolutely loved my room. I had a room with 2 double beds. Very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. The staff was also very friendly. Checking in and out was great. The only downside was one of the elevators was not working quite right. The door kept sticking before it closed. The other was breakfast. All the carafes that hold coffee were empty and the hot food was all cold. Maybe they want you to warm it up yourself in the microwave but ya breakfast was rather disappointing. Other than that I thought everything was great and will probably stay here again if I need to come back to Greenville

We checked in, and there were dead bugs on the bedspread. Desk clerk was professional and treated us right, apologizing and empathetic. we cancelled and went somewhere else. Huge hassle with Hotels.com and management to get a refund. Management denied that they were bugs and said it was lint. Management refused to apologize.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this stay. I booked a room for one night for $100 for my husband and I and our pup. The lady who checked me in was so nice and helpful, providing us with the info we’d need. This was also the very first hotel room I walked into where I smelled how clean it was when we walked in. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for more “staycations”
