Average but decent.
The hotel is quite dated but if you need a place to stay and don’t want to pay the $75/day resort fees at or around lake Geneva, this place will be just fine. The lobby and pool area was very clean and the breakfast was decent. No complaints.

We stayed here after a concert at nearby Alpine Valley. The room was quiet and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very convenient in the lobby. The staff was attentive and courteous. No complaints for the price.

It’s definitely a 2-star stay. I felt like they did what they could in terms of cleanliness, but overall uncomfortable with limited amenities. And please add lighting and a full length mirror! So dark to get ready.

Had to change rooms because our key stopped working and it took them 6 tries and never got it fixed. Sheets dirty, no manager on site.

The price for the suite was too high. The third bed in the sofa was not usable and looked horrible. Breakfast was ok but the coffee selection was not good. If this is part of Wyndham chain.. it leaves a lot to be desired. The staff made it worth it.

HORRIBLE
Didn’t bother to stay after seeing how filthy the room was. Room smelled horrible, dead bugs in the drawers, food debris found on the chairs and couch. Pictures made it seem nice but in reality it was horrible.

The staff were amazing and kind, the owners mom and dad are super friendly. If we had any issues they ensured it was handled quickly. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, the kids enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. I will definitely be returning to that location for future visits.

The light in our bathroom didn’t work. They couldn’t fix it. Didn’t offer us another room, a discount or even a flashlight so we couldn’t shower or even have any privacy using the toilet. The public bathroom in the pool was filthy.

Day of arrival the bathroom had hair all over, after one night’s stay and room service cleaning, it appeared they didn’t clean much of the bathroom.

Earwigs- Nasty hotel. Do NOT BOOK
There was construction going on which was not mentioned prior to arriving. Our room was dusty, and bathroom was moldy. We also found multiple earwigs and spiders in our room. Pillows were trash and lumpy. We brought up the concerns to the front desk and were brushed off as the were fully booked. No discount or refund offered. Called customer care and was told it could be up to a week before I hear anything in regards to contacting me about my concern.
