The room was super spacious and the bed was comfortable. The furnishings could do with a refresh. The waterfront restaurant and bar had jaw dropping views and a great cocktail menu. But the staff and service were the best, most memorable part of my stay. From Ferdinand of the Bell desk who gave me a super warm welcome and gave me an overview of the property and local area, to the bar staff who were interesting, top notch professionals and always congenial.

Great location nice public space but several issues; rooms are tired rug falling apart and what disturbed me was that the shower had no indication which direction hot/cold is and I was constantly concerned about getting burned. Also they tell you what’s included in your resort fee like coffee in the morning etc. but you have to pay for everything!

There was a lot of potential, but the rooms didn't meet the mark for the price-point. Staff and management (Claudia) did a good job acknowledging issues and providing reasonable fixes to compensate for the shortcomings Would likely not stay again, but may visit for the restaurant and water views

The lobby is as nice as it gets. The rooms are run down & not updated. Gave very 2006 Miami vibes. The couch had stains and the housekeeping did the most lazy generic job. The area of the hotel also isn't safe.

Property has a wonderful pool and lobby area! Food at bar was good. Staff was great. But the rooms need to be modernized. The rooms are large but the TVs are very small and hard to se from your bed. 5stars once they modernize the rooms.

Stay away…upon arrival we had dead cockroaches in our room, toilet seat was peeling and discolored, mold in shower and blood stained pillows. Front Desk and Management were very slow to correct issues, didn’t offer us another room and didn’t refund any cost of the room only the resort.

It’s priced at the level when it was built. Unfortunately they have spent nothing since then and it is really tired and grubby. Stay at the Endition if you want what the Mondrian used to be. We came back for romantic reasons and it is just way off expectations.
