Welcome to Sunshine Cove, an enchanting bungalow-style oasis tucked away in one of Destin's most tranquil communities, and now proudly part of our premier rental program! This one-story home invites you to a beachy haven with three bedrooms, two full baths, and a blissful covered front porch adorned with a grill and cushioned seating for four. Just a 5-minute stroll to the beach or hop on the seasonal tram, conveniently running every other hour, ensuring your beachside escape is delightful.

Recently renovated with fresh paint, new kitchen cabinets, and a coastal-inspired backsplash, Sunshine Cove emanates a clean and inviting coastal atmosphere. Perfect for those who appreciate the charm of a one-story ranch-style floor plan, this home eliminates the need for stairs, offering the utmost convenience.

As you step into the cozy beach-themed abode, an open concept awaits, with the dining and kitchen on the left and the living area on the right. Down the hall to the right, you'll discover the Master bedroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The Master bedroom is a retreat, featuring a King bed, an attached ensuite bath with a shower and tub, a walk-in closet, flat panel TV, and a ceiling fan. Across the hall, a full bathroom caters to the other guests in the additional bedrooms.

Continue down the hall to find the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, flat panel TV, and ceiling fan. On the left, the 3rd bedroom offers two twin XL bunk beds, a flat-panel TV, and a ceiling fan. Each bedroom boasts cool beachy decor and comfortable quilts, complemented by hardwood floors throughout the home and tiled kitchen and bathrooms.

Sunshine Cove invites you to enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an open bar eating and sitting area, and a pantry closet for all your culinary essentials. Stay connected with full-band high-speed WiFi and cable, and relish the convenience of your private charcoal grill near the covered porch for delightful grilling sessions.

Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, just four homes away from one of two pools and extra parking, this location makes accessing the community pool, hosting guests, and accommodating small children a breeze. The Emerald Shores Community, a gated neighborhood, boasts two pools, one seasonally heated, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, a seasonal tram, and a bike rental stand – all within walking distance from Sunshine Cove.

The private beach access is an exclusive haven, offering a beach pavilion with private bathrooms, outdoor showers, beach services, and its very own cabana cafe. Forget back-and-forth trips for potty breaks and savor the convenience of enjoying snow cones and a bite to eat right by the beach.
VERY IMPORTANT: Should you choose not to opt for the damage waiver, we must hold a security deposit of $1,000. This deposit will be refundable, with a 3% processing fee deducted.

Tram Schedule:
The tram is scheduled to start in mid-May and end in mid-August (dates subject to change)
The tram will run seven days a week.
Service run times will be 9 am-4:30 pm.
The tram will not run on Red Flag Beach Days.
