The issue i have with the establishment is the condition of the towels. They were at one time as indicated on the towels. But they are now a dingy gray and Small. I like key West inn but improvement is necessary.

Overall, the room was okay. The towels were all gray (as in, used to be white) - just seemed a little off for the room. Seems like a small investment that would greatly improve the experience.

Great customer service! Property is clean and also offered a quality free hot breakfast which for a place of this size surprised us. We forgot an item in the room when we checked out and they immediately called us and set up shipping back to us. Would recommend!

This motel reminded me of an age gone by with its homey feeling and set-back from the main road, all in a good way. My son-in-law and I checked in, asked about dining recommendations and were provided a hardcopy list to peruse (we chose Pearl for their seafood selection and it was most excellent). The room was nice (especially appreciate bathrooms set up with the sink separate from the toilet and shower/tub) and opened to a small patio with tables and chairs which I used in the morning with my laptop while my son-in-law slept a little longer. Breakfast was good and the room had plenty of seating for a busy Sunday morning. Many thanks!
