The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast is quite good. The only issue was the water suddenly shut off in the middle of his shower but after a couple of minutes it came back on.

The worse stay ever!!!
Check in at 3:00 pm. Room not ready . Said it would be another 30 to 45 minutes before it was ready . Gave us another room not handicapped ready . Room was not clean . Lights broken. Microwave broke and refrigerator broke. No parking for handicap. Desk was not helpful. Shower and toilet broken. Rude people no sleep due to screaming. Bed wore out . Has to be the worse hotel in the town . Oh I forgot hard to get into parking lot due to no entrance or road .

I was double billed! I paid for this room through Expedia, and then the Hampton charged me as well! They could not resolve it when I checked out; they promised to talk to the manager and send me an email that they had fixed it. The only email I received from them shows my bill and the room being charged to my credit card. This is absolutely unacceptable!!
