Beautiful and comfortable home in the Dory Pointe subdivision just a couple blocks to Kiwanda State Beach and restaurants. The Dory Pines has 3 bedrooms and a pullout sofa. The master bedroom has an En Suite. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals to eat at the dining table or to enjoy on the deck that borders the BLM forest where you will also find a walking trail. There is a propane BBQ and a fire pit. A smart TV is located in the upper level loft. Pacific City Oregon is your perfect coastal getaway with plenty of outdoor activities such horseback riding, surfing, kayaking the Nestucca River, fishing, along with miles of white sandy beach perfect for beachcombing or just relax and watch the sun go down. Cute house short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed hiking to the beach with our Yorkie. Plenty of room for the family. The home has a modern kitchen and a nice loft with a futon for watching tv. The back yard has a forested area with hiking trails too.

Clean, comfortable and with better amenities than most VRBO locations. Bedding was nice. They don't get the cheapest of everything. Favorite place so far.Nice, wooded walking path right behind house. Very close to beach. Quiet. Beautiful town. Kids, dogs, adults loved it! Only suggestion that would make it 100% perfect is to fence in a small area behind house for dogs to be out without leash. The fact that they allow for dogs at all is generous, of course. Thank you for the great stay!

We get together every year--sisters and cousins. This home was perfect for our group and we had a great time. Plenty of room for games, eating and sleeping for all. We especially appreciated how clean everything was upon our arrival.

The property was what we expected but a few things that seemed strange. There were no curtain or window coverings in the bathrooms so people could see in while you were using it. Also in the master bedroom there was a window facing another house with no window covering right next door. In the morning the sunlight shines in starting at 6:00am.so you can not sleep in.

Nice location and good help from property management. Negative issues with the house are that the furniture, towels, cooking utensils are old and all are worn out and need replaced. Found broken and dirty dishes in the cupboard. Owner of house has failed to keep it up. Walls are dirty, broken vertical blinds in kitchen.

great place at the coast

Great house with lots of room and options for sleeping. This is my first VRBO and it was not a problem. Good communication through email, and good instructions in a notebook near the front door. We had a good stay walking to the beach and going body boarding. Our dog was happy and it was convenient to let her go potty out in the woods behind the place. We picked up after her of course.

Fantastic beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house has a nice layout. It is a short walk to the beach. There is a nice outdoor space with a large deck, table and fire pit. It backs up against a green space.

Clean, comfortable & set up well for us. We had three sets of family members who met here for the holiday weekend. Easy access to beach walking & restaurants. Nice wooded area out back with outdoor seating & fire pit. Pet friendly & manager was very responsive & easy to work with.
