The hotel allowed an unaffiliated tour bus to park in "Hotel Guest Only" area running at 8:15pm until after 9pm very close to our room. So much for enjoying a quiet evening on the lania after a long day. Contacted the front desk and they were going to check on it, I called back twice, no answer, no call back. Called Fisherman Village security, they knew about it and said there was no other spot to park, despite the fact of there being plenty of other room in the area to park away from the hotel. Brought this all to the attention of the front desk unto check out, and that the evening was ruined, also that I had called about it the night before, still nothing done.

This property is absolutely perfect! It was our second stay here while we were visiting family in Florida and it will be the only place that I stay for upcoming visits. The location is perfect. The shops downstairs are fun. There are several restaurant options that you can easily walk to. The Christmas decorations and Christmas music made it feel like you were in a Hallmark movie. It was absolutely perfect. The room itself is also great. It is clean and pretty. Also it is well stocked. We cooked breakfast each day and in the evening it was so nice to have a dining table for left overs and snacks. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice. We were notified before we arrived that both elevators were under repair from the last hurricane. When we were checking in (around 8pm) the gentleman that was on shift not only came to our car to help us, but he also carried things up with us to make it easier for us. Every person we had an encounter with was nice, friendly, and very helpful. I can't say enough nice things about Fishermen's Village.

My family and i loved The Suites at Fisherman’s Village. They had it all decorated for Christmas season and my kids enjoyed it all. The suite is spacious with great views. We felt very relaxed and safe. Can’t wait to be back in spring
