Pros: Friendly staff, Location for shopping and dining across freeway from Clackamas Mall, Restaurant and Starbucks across the parking lot, Lots of parking, Elevator and stairs, Fitness Room, Decent free breakfast, Cable TV selections, Wifi connectivity, Lounge with 2 guest computers, Laundry and dryer convenience.... Cons: Absolutely NO safety Grab Bars in the shower/tub, the Message light on the phone blinked constantly (brightly) and the staff could not turn it off (there was no message)...

comfy and clean but run down
the overall experience was good. But the conditions of our room was not that great. The bed was comfy and clean, everything worked fine but the hotel was a little run down.

Not the best….
Front desk people were great. The room….not so great. Mold on floor and wall of shower. Due to position of bed there was barely enough room to move along one side of bed and no nightstand. No place to plug in CPAP or other devices. Not a great choice for handicap accessibility.

The employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. On the first morning I woke up to a shower that would not drain in the tub. I went to the desk and they were able to move me to a different room. Both rooms the tubs were in poor condition and the paint or linoleum was chipping away. Other than that I was extremely happy. However, the location is very difficult to access.

This property was excellent for the price. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. I like light colored bedding which was what was in our room because dark colored makes me feel like they are hiding the dirt. Our first room was musty/smelly and the heat/air conditioning was not working. Called the front desk and they responded immediately. Moved us to a new room which did not stink and was very clean. We appreciated the quick response. Breakfast was good. Things that could be better- The desk chairs in both rooms were torn and worn, need to be replaced. . Went down for breakfast at 8:55 and they had cleaned everything up. I understood breakfast went until 9:30. The young lady cleaning up was not helpful. We did get some eggs and sausage, asked for ketchup and butter and she seemed annoyed with us. Overall: we would definitely stay here again because location was excellent for what we were doing in Oregon. it was so close to shopping and costco. Also the beds were great and front desk personnel were very good.
