Everything was great. The only bad thing was, we booked this place after doing our location events radius and because it has a pool. We come from a hot weather place. After checking in i seen signs of pool not available. I asked the front desk and was told it would be availabe the next day. 3 days later we checked out and pool was never available. My kids where looking forward to using it and it never happened. I even asked the pool tech that was working on iti and also said it would be ready the next day,after our 1st stay, Like i mentioned before. Stayed 3 nights and pool was never available. Other than that it was good. Wish they would just say it wont be available to check somewhere else.

I chose this hotel based on the amenities but when I got there the pool was closed and never reopened, the hot tub was boiling hot, the coffee maker in my room didn’t work, there were numerous bowls on the sidewalk near my room for cats and a Tom cat went off one night right outside my door. I was there 4 days and asked them to turn the hot tub down because it was scalding. They said others had complained as well and they would alert maintenance. The hot tub remained too hot to enjoy the entire time I was there. Very disappointing stay.

This hotel is seriously one of the best hotels . Check ins are always such a good time and so quick . The staff are so sweet and so kind. You will not regret staying here but coming back time after time . Such a great hotel .

Right off the main street . Easy access on and off the freeway. Not so bad of a neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice size parking lot. Quite a few spots to eat around there. Only 30 minutes from Pismo beach.

Comfortable stay

We had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and spacious. We traveled with our dog but would have liked a grassy area for her to do her “business”. The staff were all nice. The breakfast was suitable.
