Only things bad were they were having renovations and parking for the rooms towards the back were terrible! Had to park in the front of hotel and was forced to walk to our room towards the back!

Hotel was under construction so the parking was horrid. The elevator needs to be updated. Definitely seemed like you were taking a chance by using it. Or room was on the opposite side of the hotel and the key they gave us didn’t work. I had to search the Internet to find the number to the front desk and thankfully they delivered a key.
The room was very large and they use Dove soap…which is great. Or fridge had someone else’s food in it. The TV was not working when using the remote I had to manually use the TV buttons. Also, the next morning when we attempted to call the front desk using the room phone it wasn’t connected to anything. Literally just a phone with no cords and no place to plug it in.
Overall, we will not stay here again.
Not revealed anywhere, this hotel is under major renovation activity. No fitness center. No guest laundry. Condition of available rooms is poor. Bathroom door didn’t latch. Plumbing and faucets are in terrible shape. Bathroom tub and sink would not drain. Also not revealed is a $10 daily parking fee.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
The Motel 6 next door would have been a better choice.

Staff were extremely nice. Due to the construction, they were limited on amenities.
The walls were thin and I could hear the people in the hallways talking loudly. We couldn’t get the TV remote to change channels, but we didn’t bother to call the front desk as we weren’t too invested in watching tv so we gave up. The shower faucet in our room was hard to operate; at first we didn’t think it was working so we called down to the desk and they instructed us to pull the knob out, which we tried with no success. Somebody immediately came up to our room “to fix” and it turned out you had to REALLY PULL HARD” to get it to work. They are in a middle of remodeling (they had tarps in the hallway) and they hope to fix this with the upgrades. That all being said the staff was friendly and efficient. The price was good and I’m sure once the remodel is done it will be better. We only stayed one night on the way down to LA, I’d stay here again.
I’ve stayed here my last 8 business trips usually lasting a week. I must say I’m a little disappointed when booking hotel it doesn’t mention anywhere of construction going on which unfortunately was happening during my stay. To top it off I arrived 10pm Sunday after a long trip and they were having trouble with the key card machine. I had to wait 10 mins to check in and then I needed to wait for someone to let me in the room. Now to be clear the service was awesome they gave me some drink vouchers for the bar but still not what I wanted to deal with during my trip.
Trying to check in, first operator said possibly, to call back in an hour. Second operator said no, matter if factly, not till 2:30. Check in later and then was notified of ongoing renovations being done on site. No prior notice. Very poor communication about the construction and lack of enough parking due to contractor’s equipment taking up numerous parking areas. Hallways dirty with drywall debris. Sad
