Tervetuloa Uptown Sedonaan! Uptown-talossa yhdistyvät moderni ylellisyys, avoin tila, kätevä sijainti ja upeat näkymät. Talossa on hiljattain rakennettu lämmitetty uima-allas, kylpylä, takka, kaasu firepit, suuri BBQ grilli, ulkokeittiö ja paljon muuta. Tämä tilava täysin uusittu 3800 + neliön jalka koti on avoin käsite keittiö, ruokailutila, oleskelutila ja olohuone. Keittiö on täysin varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuista laitteista, kahvista, mausteista, mausteista ja kaikista ruoanlaittoon liittyvistä tarpeista. On 4 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta alakerrassa tärkeimmät oleskelutila. Yläkerrassa on erillinen parvihuone, jossa on kaunis kylpyläinen kylpyhuone ja täydellinen keittiö. Siinä on myös ympäröivä patio, josta on upeat Red Rock -näkymät.

Sijainti

Uptown House sijaitsee kätevästi Uptownin sydämessä, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä monista ravintoloista, vaunuista, kiertoajeluista ja ainutlaatuisista kaupoista, mutta se sijaitsee erittäin rauhallisella alueella. Se on myös kävelymatkan päässä Jordanian historiallisesta puistosta, jossa sijaitsee Sedonan kulttuurimuseo ja useita retkeilyreittejä.

Allas, poreallas ja ulkotila

Takapihalla oli täysin muuttunut upouusi lämmitetty uima-allas (uima-altaan lämmitys lisämaksusta), vesiominaisuudet, ulkouima-altaan saari ja keittiö, baari-istuimet, suuri poreallas ja sisäänrakennettu palo kuoppaan, jota ympäröi kaunis norsunluu-travertiini lattia. On myös suuri avoin puoleinen piha, joka sopii erinomaisesti ryhmäkoguun tai meditaatioon.

Keskustan talo on täydellinen paikka suurille ryhmille kerätä ja levittää. Siinä on kaikki tarvitsemasi mukavuudet ja sitten jotkut.

Great place to celebrate my 50th
Everything you need is here. Such an amazing location and spectacular views. The house accommodated our group of 8 women perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet yet so close (walking distance) to great restaurants and destinations. The kitchen is well stocked with all the needs, pool and hot tub were great, and the beds were super comfy. I would highly recommend!

Amazing Sedona getaway!
My girlfriends and I stayed at the house for a girls weekend! The house was great! Beds for all twelve of us and lots of sitting areas for us to hang and relax. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and the location of the property was walkable to town. I would highly recommend this house for others to rent. Thank you!

Great house in a great Sedona location!
My family of 4 adults and 3 children enjoyed spending our annual family vacation in this lovely home. The location of the house was a plus as it is in walking distance to town. Also, after a hike relaxing in the pool and hot tub was wonderful. The house itself has a nice layout. Lots of room. We also enjoyed the grill. I would recommend this home for a fun family vacation.

Fabulous house
My wife and I along with 5 adult family members and a 7 month old baby stayed here for 4 nights. The place is great- no complaints. We hit a stretch of colder and wetter weather than normal but still we had a great time hiking and checking out the town. We also had fun at the house- playing cards, cooking meals, and spending time in the pool and hot tub. Even in the evening when it was in the mid 40s the heated pool felt warm and comfortable. Even though the house is rather expensive I would definitely recommend this house to others.

The location and size of the home are spectacular. We could walk almost everywhere we needed to go. When we arrived, we were stunned by the size of the house. It was MORE than comfortable for 8 girls. The upstairs 'suite' is its own little retreat. Between the stunning views and the enormous bathroom, we didn't want to leave that portion of the home.

As described
The house had exactly what we were expecting based on the listing. For our family of 10, with ages from 12 through 78, the house provided plenty of comfortable space for everyone. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of extra linens, blankets, and pillows. We paid to heat the pool which provided lots of entertainment for the kids. Great walking distance to town. Downtown Sedona was very busy the week between Christmas and New Years so being able to walk locations made it easier.

Great House but inop central heat in upper level
The uptown home was great for our group of 8 family members. The pros were the size, cleanliness (in the house, not necessarily around the spa), amenities, and proximity to town. It really is a great house. Unfortunately, we downgraded what could have been an across-the-board 5-star review due to the house not being as described because of inoperative central heat on the upper level. This fact was not disclosed to us prior to our arrival and, in fact, not until the next day after we had inquired with the agent about the heat - there was a part on order. A space heater was available (and used by us). Before using the space heater, the upstairs temperature was 56 degrees. The upstairs is large and includes a kitchen area, a sitting room, and a large bedroom area. Consequently, we spent the majority of our time on the main floor where the heat was working but missed regularly enjoying the upstairs with its beautiful view. Other minor items included the lack of an instruction binder...something that has been in every other VRBO in which we have stayed. It may not be required, but it would have been useful for such things as operating the outdoor spa, etc... Oh, we marked down the check-in process because the maids were still cleaning the house until 30 minutes after our scheduled check-in.

Nice location and well stocked
We enjoyed our stay - the house was well stocked which was great because we like to cook and dine in. Nice walk to downtown. Had some slight trouble getting the check in information but once in was plenty of room for everyone. The only drawback was that we had hoped to swim but did not realize we needed to give advance notice for the pool to be heated - would recommend noting that for people unfamiliar with how these things work.
