"The room was comfortable and the views to the sea were awesome, though blocked a little by salt stains on the windows. The personnel in the hotel were very helpful. The breakfast had everything I wanted and more. The location was great. I like to take the stairs where possible and found a way to do so also at this hotel but the way was not very clearly marked - something to consider for sustainability and decreasing waiting times for lifts."

"Hotellissa remontoitiin huoneita, meidän oli jo kunnostettu eli huoneemme oli kaikinpuolin hyvä. Tosin upouusi puhelin ei toiminut, kun halusimme aikaista poislähtöä varten herätyksen. Puhelin vaihdettiin samantien ja respan virkailija lupasi varmuuden vuoksi lähettää yövuorokollegansa koputtamaan aamulla ovellemme. Näin tapahtuikin eli saimme tuplaherätyksen. Aamiainen oli ok, munakokkelia, pekonia, puuroa, leikkeleitä, erilaisia leipiä, hedelmiä jne. Sijainti on erinomainen, retkien noutopysäkki ihan lähellä, lyhyt matka satamaan, samoin ostoskaduille ja Harpaan. Henkilökunta on hyvin samanlaista kuin monessa muussakin paikassa Reykjavikissä, asiallisen ystävällistä, mutta välimatkan päästä, voisi sanoa kuin Suomessa."
