During our recent stay, my family and I were appalled by the state of our room. Upon arrival, we noticed brown smudges on the walls, stains on our bed, and what appeared to be hair pieces. The rugs and some furniture were visibly burnt, and the towels provided had brown stains and looked used.We immediately brought these issues to the attention of the staff and requested a different room. Unfortunately, our request was denied. Instead, they offered to send cleaning services. While the cleaning staff did come, they still provided us with stained sheets and left the same brown-stained towel we had previously complained about.This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and maintenance. Despite our efforts to address the situation, the hotel’s response was inadequate. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The place was in an area with other hotels and easy to access the freeway. Some of the linen could have been cleaner. Breakfast was ok.

For the amount of money you charged for these rooms need to be up dated. The 1st room microwave wasnt working and was missing cleaning supply for the sink and dish washer and cups, plates, and forks and spoon wasnt clean at all. The room was blowing cold air for abour 1hr. Finally the heat started to work. The representative was friendly she told me maintenance would come look at it. He never did but she worked fast to switch my room. To get another room that was even in worst condition. Dog poop stains on the floor, food stains on the wall, utensils all dirty etc etc. The couch in room 1111 is disgusting and need to be thrown out. You put a couch over and you know its a pull out couch and it stains and plastic is rip off and hang off some pieces with food all in the couch. I been coming here for over 15 years and really any problem . This was the worst stay.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke!!! The room has filthy carpets, the furniture has burn marks on the night stands and coffee table as a result of someone putting out cigarettes on surface,I took video & photos...6:30 am the fire alarms started blaring louding ,flashing lights frightening us & waking us up ,causing me to leave room with family members to car.No Staff came to see why fire system was going off.Several guest were standing outside .I called front desk and the receptionist was slightly upset from the phone calls. No one gave us clearance to go back in room.I had to call to address issue. After fire department came. No one called us to check if all was well.The guest next door explained that this happens often do to the smokers.This was a prepaid room,this is why I had to tolerate this awful experience. I've notified Sonesta of these dreadful issues .

In need of an update ASAP

The property is extremely out of date and furniture is very ran down and dirty. We actually booked the wrong location. This was the first and last time at this location. We use Sonesta when traveling to AC but will never return to this one. On a good note, the breakfast was good and fresh.

I love a good Sonesta Suites! The staff were nice and we had a free upgrade to a 2bedroom 2 bathroom. The location is great for food options and easy access to highways. I do dates with my kids and this time was with my two toddlers who are boys. They loved their private room. I didn’t eat breakfast but was glad that was an option. Great upgrades, full kitchens and first floor availability made this a good stay.

Nice, clean, comfortable and decent price

We were in town for a family funeral. We needed a dog friendly hotel and this hotel was close to the funeral home and dog friendly. We found check in easy and quick, the room to be clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was there was no conditioner in the shower and the TV in the living room didn't work but we were able to watch the one in the bedroom.

I didnt like that the staff was making it difficult for my parents to check in at night. I was asked for an incidental cost per room that I booked. In addition our belongings were removed from the room prior to even checking out at 11 am. It was a total invasion of privacy as per the staff. Overall I didnt like the service, from the night staff.

Dear Expedia Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally complain about my recent hotel stay booked through your platform, which was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable. Upon arrival, we were given room 911, which had a strong smell of smoke that made it unbearable to stay in. After bringing this to the staff's attention, we were moved to another room. However, this second room was also unacceptable; there was hair on the beds, hair in the bathroom, and unsightly stains throughout the room. Additionally, there was no dish soap provided, which added to our frustration. After driving for over seven hours, we were exhausted and looking forward to a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, this experience was far from what we anticipated, and it significantly impacted our trip. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund for our stay. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response. Thank you for your understanding.

The staff were wonderful, but the room needs updating. When we arrived, I noticed that it had not been cleaned well. The floor wasn’t vacuumed well, it looked like someone had put out a cigarette in several places on the ceiling and there were cigarette burn marks on the night stands. There were threadbare spots worn in the carpet and the pullout couch was in such bad shape that it was unusable. The stay was decent overall, but the facilities are horribly showing their age and are in desperate need of reno.
