The pillows, sheets and bedspread were dirty, as if they had not been changed in a long time, the man on duty was very rude and the breakfast did not have eggs.
It is an older Hotel, but better than expected. The room was clean and less expensive than ones down the interstate, i was suprised. My only complaint would be water pressure.

No frills roof over your head, not quite up to par
I mean to be positive, there was a breakfast (no meats) and the coffee out of the machine resembled coffee somehow, even though it put me right back to sleep after breakfast. Bed was decent enough, shower was decent enough and everything was clean enough but not OCD perfect. I had a hilariously bad check-in experience with the lady who was just so flat out rude that I thought maybe I was on candid camera. The Indian guys at the front very late were nice and helpful at least so they salvaged the stay, but I probably would not stay here nor recommend based on the lady that was totally nuts and on a personal call on speaker while at work
Receptionist never even stood and barely said two words as she checked us in, there was hair all over the shower/tub, room was not vacuumed, refrigerator interior was gross, bed cover was stained, light switch had not been cleaned in a LONG time…at least the bed was comfortable.

Cleaning staff great, front desk not so good
the room smelt like fire smoke no hot water and there were roaches, the cleaning lady was super nice,and told me i wasn't the first to complain about the hot water.
No room phone so had to walk back downstairs to ask why no TV or Wifi. The property just got its power back after Hurricane Helene, but the front desk did not think to advise guests of this outage during check-in. Apparently management has low standards for litter control, cleanliness and cosmetics in hallways, stairs, and elevator. My bedroom was clean, but the bathroom ceiling had the start of black mold.
Quality Inn needs to inspect this property and reconsider whether it meets franchise standards.
They allowed me to book a reservation at property that had NO power, internet, hot water, air conditioning. No one tried to contact me before I drove over three hours just to show up to a property with NO POWER.
I almost forgot to return my key card , but when I left for home I went back and dropped it off. My toilet kept running due to a loose flap. I fixed the flap, the toilet filled up again but in the morning was empty. It would not fill back up again.
The property was ok. Not the most updated but I knew what I was paying for. When we got there, there was a group of people in the back corner of the parking lot, grilling out and drinking. I went out to my car at one point and one of the drunk men persisted to call out to me, approached me, even had one of his friends come over. He harassed me and made me feel unsafe. He wanted to come to my room. I told him no multiple times and went back to my room and stayed inside the rest of the night, with the door locked. I was traveling with my 3 kids and I was afraid to say something to the front desk and cause a scene. I just tried to blow it off, but it made me feel very uncomfortable.
