We checked in to this hotel because my husband was having surgery at the hospital a mile away at 6am the next morning. It did not appear as though there were many guests but we were given a room on the top floor way on the end. The utility closet was the next door down and it was so loud it was extremely difficult to sleep. It sounded like it was in our room. There was not a bar of soap to use in the shower or body wash. The restaurants were not open at all on the second day therefore, nothing to eat. On the first day, I ordered a salad and after 40 min. I called down to find out where it was, the person who answered said "well we dont have any shrimp"?. So instead of calling me back they just didnt make it. So they said they would make it with chicken... I went down 15 min. later to get it from the lobby restaurant and they had not started it yet but there was not a single person in there eating. The experience was not pleasant at all.

Newly renovated quiet room. Beds not firm but acceptable. Could have used a siting chair. Large bathroom/shower. Good value. We would definitely return.
