We’ve been on a 1.5 month long road trip. Other than a four star hotel in Montreal, this is a clear #1 for its class. Very happy to have stayed two days!

In addition to the 5 stars given, the staff went over and above expectations. I needed to order a new laptop charger as the one I bought with me stopped working. The staff received the delivery and ensured I received the package. They also called us after we checked out as the cleaning staff found valuable items we left behind. We were able to come back and get them. I am blown away. Best service ever!

Great place to stay for Franciscan conferences but I think the price was outrageous per night. Only for the convenience did we stay there. We’ve been coming for years and this just seemed like a gouge. Nice hotel but seemed overpriced

Small red stains on a towel and bed sheet. Shower drain cover wasn’t attached to shower floor. Remote control wasn’t working. I notified the hotel manager and they did someone over to fix it and replace sheets and towels. Breakfast was also so-so. Overall, this hotel is decent and is in a great location, but I have a feeling that it will get run-down in a few years as upkeep doesn’t seem to be a priority.

I accidentally put the wrong date on my reservation and they are refusing a refund. I called immediately and just kept getting the runaround. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I’m still getting ignored. Apparently I’m waiting for a man named david to decide if I deserve a refund for the night I never spent there
