The service was good and the room seemed clean for the most part. The main thing was that the room seemed old and out dated. Because of this it felt slightly dirty. My room also had hard wood flooring instead of carpet which I though was odd.

No Room Service/No Hot Water

Not a good stay. Never received room service. I had to take a cold shower for 3 days. I informed the young man that worked the night shift and he told me that the maintenance man would come bay but he never did. I honestly feel that I should be compensated for my inconvenience.
