The hotel was in very good condition, clean and updated. The staff outside of 1 person was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

They will not clean our room ,when I complained about it they say they only clean it after 7 days I was very shocked ,also I had to go to the main office to get a new towels .so to get a new towels I had to take the old towels to the office to get a new ones.that’s insane I will never recommend this place to anyone

This property is in need of major upgrades. The buildings need to be power washed. Wasp nest in various spots on the stairs. Uneven steps which makes it a hazard if your not being careful. The basketball court isnt available as seen in the pictures due to the staff telling me that too many fights were happening. Inside the 2 bedroom loft, the carpet needs to be cleaned. The lights in the restrooms were dirty, the lamps were dusty. The refrigerator was missing a handle. I came with my own cleaning supplies so some issues I rectified on my own. I wouldn't dare stay here again.

Only bad thing was the floors are very thin so heard people above me walking all over at 6:30 in the morning. Not enjoyable. Few pen marks on sofa and bathroom door

I enjoyed my stay while there. It was quiet clean and easy access to expressway. Furthermore breakfast wasn’t too bad either.

Accomodations were adequate. Upon arrival my room had hair in sink and shower as well as a used bar of soap in the shower. The backsplash/wall in the kitchen was also dirty and there were also footprint stains on the carpet. Staff were nice enough.

The suites are nice. However, one of the bathrooms had a dirty shower curtain and someone's used washcloth was hanging off the shower rod. I REALLY did not like the 500 dollar room incidental hold on my card which takes a few days to be returned.

EXPEDIA NEEDS AN OPTION FOR ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS!!! This place is H O R R I B L E!!! I had 3…3 MOLDY CUPS IN THE CUPBOARD FULL OF MOLD && NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT, IT WAS AS IF THAT WAS NORMAL…HUGE BURN STAINS ON THE CARPET, DIRTY STAINED CARPET && COUCH…IT APPEARS TO BE A PROPERTY FOR PEOPLE WITH A SUBSIDIZED HOUSING VOUCHER…I STAYED HERE ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO && LOVED IT BECAUSE OF THE UPSTAIRS LOFT, WHICH WAS THEE ONLY REASON I BOOKED AGAIN WITH MY KIDS SO THEY COULD STAY IN THE BEDROOM DOWNSTAIRS. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL NOT BE BACK && THIS PLACE SHOILD BE RENOVATED && INVESTIGATED AS I AM CERTAIN ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES WERE TAKING PLACE SUCH AS DRUG DEALING!!!

Checked into my room and it had a dirty used towel with black and brown stuff (I don't even want to think about what it could have been) on it on the floor near the bathroom sink. The bathroom is old, worn, and tub was not clean, had rust around the edges and possibly mold. I had to use the washing machines in the common area which was by the pool/front desk but then decided to go somewhere else after my first load came out not so clean. The washing machines are disgusting! I had to go to the Dollar General to buy some cleaning supplies because I did not feel comfortable there without wiping stuff down or using the towels because it did not feel clean. Also room service is supposed to come and pickup the trash that is left by people that leaves the garbage bags on the ground for housekeeping to clean but sometimes when I left my bag out it would not be picked up until the next day. I stayed a week too long will not again NOT this location anyway. I would not recommend. Front desk staff was average thankfully NO attitude from staff that would have made this worse.
