Hi! We arrived to hotel around 5:20pm and did our check in. We were suprised when they said that they don’t have room available. After discussion they promised the room for us if we wait 5 minutes. We ended up waiting almost an hour and our room was still not ready. So they ended up giving us different and lower grade room than we booked. We are not happy how they handled the situation and we are expecting to get compensation at least amount of parking for two nights. We missed the meeting we had for the night because of bad customer service. "
