"The hotel was very clean and beautiful! The staff was helpful and kid friendly! They always smiled and asked how we were doing. The food in the 365 restaurant was absolutely delicious and there were so many choices you could gather to your plate. There in the 365 restaurant the staff was extremely kid friendly, they always came to talk to our kids while we were eating. The shuttle bus to the Kite beach was handy, sometimes it was over-booked but after 20 minutes of waiting we had a new bus and get in the beach. Only negative thing was that we could hear the traffic noices to our room but after couple of night we get used to it and could sleep very well. The pool area is in the shadow so you can’t sunbath there but with the kids it was a good thing. I would stay at this hotel again!"
