It was problem with the T.V. it dull looking (this is the picture shown). At first I couldn't turn it on. So I called the front desk, I was informed to push the buttons . That didn't work. So I put my glasses on and located the power button and the TV came on. So I tried calling the front desk no one answered . Then I heard the man from the desk knocking on the door. I explained,
.the above. And also explain that it was freezing in the room. So he turned the heat on and was freezing in the room. It never got warm it was like I was sleeping out side. I did have a blanket in my Van and that helped a little
But it was freezing. So I called the front desk and it kept hanging x2 times . I turn the light on
It remained freezing. I was awake all night it was not nice. The next morning I called the front desk a lady answered the phone. I informed her I was ready to check out. When she came in the room. She stated its cold in here. I said tell me about it. I stated I have been freezing all night she stated the man who sign in was supposed give me a heater. This was my first time coming to STAY INN & Suites
And I can't make the man name. I stayed in. 133Rm.on 1-08-25 7:37pm out 1-09-25 9:30am
About that time or earlier. The young lady that checked me out was very nice no problems it was the gentleman. His disregard of my being treated like a customer and it was 39 degrees
outside and care of an individual or a human being This occured at the Inn
