I ran into weather problems. I called the hotel and the staff promised to call me back. I waited 3 hours. I called them back and they just said they could not help me. By then, it was too late to reach Orbitz. All i needed was a date change. There was no change in rate to stay 1/6 instead. I have stayed there before but never again.
The staff misled me and I lost the room charge. Then, hours later, I get an email from them claiming it was my problem for using Orbitz.
If there is absolutely no flexibility- during a non peak period to adjust due to weather, I will be sure to leave as many reviews as I can about the poor customer service. They lost a good customer today.
