Got to hotel at 3:02pm for 3:00pm check-in. Room was not ready upon arrival. Front desk checked how long. He said 10 minutes. Shifts got changed at front desk. He never communicated I was person waiting for room. 30 minutes later I finally asked. She said they had called down and it was ready but didn’t know who it was for. I sat in the lobby directly in her Vision for 30 minutes and never thought to ask me?

Good but not great.
It is a very good hotel, it’s only lacking is in the breakfast section, very little options and not of great quality. Needs to improve on it to get a better ranking.
