The price was good. The TV didn’t work so told staff and nothing changed. The top sheet had ink marks on it. Best part was the view of the city.

Nice for the price staff was super friendly room was clean older property for the price it was perfect we stayed 4 nights didn’t try the breakfast but there are two great restaurants within walking distance! Great view of Batesville from this property. If you stay bring extra pillows

Staff was excellent upon checkin. Quick and professional. This property is run down needing updates badly. Faucets on sink out on backwards. Lighting inside the room is terrible. 1 lamp didnt work. Had to figure out why the 1 plug in next to bed wasnt working. Come to find out, i had to turn the switch "on" that was beside the door. Young kids under 10 for sure were helping with 'cleaning rooms'. Rusty bars in the shower. Walls paint coming off. Had to take the smoke alarm off the wall as it was beeping constantly upon entering room. Soap wasnt replaced at all on 2nd day after they had been in to 'clean'. Bed very sloppy made after first night. Very minimum effort on staff part to clean room between nights. Will pay the extra 20/30 dollars next trip to batesville to ensure a comfortable and clean experience. Just a very old and outdated building.

Comfortable bed & bedding. Wonderful front desk staff. Not to bed of a breakfast for a continental. Wonderful waffles. Just wish they had some healthier options.

Great place

The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and lot. Pool was clean and well maintained. The view from our second story room was great. I’ve payed a lot more for less. We will definitely be staying here again on our future Ozark trips.

Clean, well maintained, but musky with no wifi.

My room was clean and well maintained. Staff was professional but not necessarily friendly. My room smelled very musky but that went away after a bit with the AC on. Biggest problem was wifi which was essentislly non-existant. I was in the room closest to the lobby and wifi maxed at 1 bar, with me usually unable to even locate the the network.

The checking in was fast and the staff were friendly. I was advised that they are currently doing some renovations and will probably be a bit noisy in day time. The hotel room looks neat when we first got in. The first night we stayed I noticed the bed sheet was dirty like they probably didn’t change the bed sheet and I had to use the blanket to cover the bed sheet. Their shower had drain issues. It takes a while to drain when you use the shower and the shower was hard to turn off because the knob was loose and comes off. The next night of our stay we arrived to the hotel late and their parking spots near the hotel was full. I was going to ask them to switch our room with a shower that has no drain issues but seeing the hotel parking was full then we probably won’t be able to get another room so I didn’t bother. Overall stay was okay.
